Education CRM – Seekho Computer

Educational institutions juggle leads, enquiries, admissions, fee tracking, batch scheduling, and student communications — usually across a patchwork of spreadsheets and disconnected tools. We built a custom CRM web application for Seekho Computer that centralizes all of it into one system, engineered from the start to be reusable as a SaaS product for other coaching institutes rather than a one-off internal tool.

As a custom CRM development company, our focus was modeling the actual workflow of an education business rather than repurposing a generic sales CRM: lead-to-enquiry conversion tracking, admission pipeline stages, fee payment and due-date tracking, batch and cohort management, and centralized student communication logs, all built on Next.js, MongoDB, and Tailwind CSS for a fast, modern interface that non-technical admissions staff can use without training.

What makes this a strong example of SaaS product development rather than a bespoke internal tool is the architectural decision to keep the data model and workflow logic generic enough to onboard other coaching institutes with different course structures, batch sizes, and fee schedules — a meaningfully different engineering challenge than building software for a single client's exact process. It required building configuration and flexibility into the core schema from day one instead of retrofitting it later.
