1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to shipsar.in (the "Site" or "Services"), operated by Shipsar Developers ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service represent a binding contractual agreement between you ("Client," "User," or "your") and Shipsar Developers.

By exploring our site, utilizing our development platforms, or engaging in a service contract for application build systems, you certify that you have read, understood, and agreed to adhere to these operational guidelines.

2. Engineering Services

Shipsar Developers designs, engineers, and launches premium custom applications. Our services include:

Any customized work orders or software contracts signed directly under our legal entity inherit these core terms unless explicitly adjusted in writing inside the respective Master Service Agreement (MSA).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All software templates, frameworks, boilerplate structures, and administrative libraries styled and operated by Shipsar Developers prior to a customer service arrangement remain the exclusive Intellectual Property (IP) of Shipsar Developers.

Upon successful payment of all outstanding invoices and transactional metrics matching the development schedule, the customized application codebases, visual renders, and target database schemas are fully transferred to the Client.

4. Client Responsibilities

To guarantee a flawless, high-performance launch of your custom platform, the Client agrees to:

• Provide precise, clear, and secure media assets, server profiles, and design briefs.
• Deliver key API connections, such as authorized Google accounts, in a timely manner.
• Provide functional, secure credentials for admin tools and secure configurations.
• Ensure the provided content does not infringe on copyright terms or violate international digital safety laws.

5. Liability & Guarantees

We provide all services and public templates on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without additional warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by governing laws, Shipsar Developers and its technical founders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or remote damages arising from server outages, third-party database breaks, Cloudinary media loss, or Google PageSpeed score adjustments.

6. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or block user accounts, consulting sessions, or operational application instances if we determine:

• A breach of these terms has occurred.
• Illegal or malicious activity is linked to your hosted environment.
• Outstanding consulting or design payments remain unpaid for more than 30 business days.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any contractual transactions under our custom development agreements shall be interpreted, governed by, and construed in compliance with the laws of New Delhi, India, without giving effect to conflicts of laws.
