For founders

Launch your MVP in 6–10 weeks, at a fixed price

Go from idea to a product real users can try: one codebase for iOS and Android, a demo every week, and a fixed price agreed before we start.

Launch your MVP in 6–10 weeks, at a fixed price

Build the smallest thing that proves the idea

The most expensive mistake founders make isn't building badly. It's building too much before anyone has used the product. A minimum viable product (MVP) is the version with only the features that test your core idea, built well enough that real users can rely on it. Then what people actually do tells you what to build next.

Our MVPs typically ship in 6 to 10 weeks, depending on scope, at a fixed price agreed before work starts.

What you get

  • iOS and Android from one codebase. We build mobile apps in React Native, so one codebase ships to both stores. That's lower cost and a faster launch, without a real quality trade-off for typical business apps.
  • A web app instead, if that fits better. If your users will mostly be on desktop, or you need to move even faster, a responsive web app built on Next.js can be the smarter first step. We'll tell you which makes sense.
  • The features an MVP actually needs. Sign-up and login, the core workflow that is your product, payments through Razorpay or Stripe if you're charging from day one, push notifications, and a simple admin view so you can see what's happening.
  • Store submission handled. Publishing on the Play Store and App Store, including Apple's review process, which usually takes more back-and-forth than people expect.
  • Bug fixes after launch included. If something breaks once real users arrive, we fix it.

How the 6–10 weeks work

  1. Scope (week 0). A short call, then a written scope listing what's in the MVP and what's deliberately left out for later. You get a fixed-price quote at this point.
  2. Design and build in 2-week sprints. Every week you get a working demo on your phone, not a slide deck. You can change direction early, while it's cheap.
  3. Test on real devices. We test on actual Android and iOS phones, not just simulators.
  4. Launch. Store submission, production setup, and a handover of everything: code, accounts, documentation.

Common MVP mistakes we help you avoid

  • Building for every user type at once. Pick the one user whose problem is most painful and build for them first.
  • Polishing the edges before the core works. Animations and settings screens can wait. The core workflow can't.
  • Skipping analytics. If you can't see what users actually do, you can't learn from your MVP. We set up basic tracking from day one.
  • No plan for feedback. We help you add a simple way for early users to tell you what's missing.
  • Treating the MVP as throwaway code. Ours is built cleanly enough to grow into version two, so you don't pay twice.

What we'll push back on

Part of our job is protecting your budget. If a feature doesn't help you learn whether the core idea works, we'll suggest leaving it for version two. If something you've asked for is likely to be slow or expensive to build, we'll tell you before you pay for it, not after.

Who this is for

  • First-time founders with a validated problem and a clear target user.
  • Businesses adding an app to an existing service, such as bookings, ordering or a customer portal.
  • Teams who've been quoted six months for "version one" and want a smaller, faster start.

You'll work directly with senior engineers and our founder, Vijay Gautam, from our office in Saket, New Delhi. We're happy to sign an NDA before you share the details of your idea.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an MVP cost?

It depends on the features and platforms, so we give you a fixed-price quote after a short scoping call. For a sense of typical ranges in India, see our mobile app development cost guide.

Is 6–10 weeks realistic?

For a focused MVP, yes. That's the range our MVPs typically ship in. A longer feature list takes longer, and we'll tell you up front if your scope doesn't fit.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We're happy to sign one before any detailed discussion of your idea.

What happens after the MVP launches?

Bug fixes after launch are included. After that, you can bring us back for the next version, put us on an ongoing plan, or take the code to your own team. It's yours either way.
