A website needs looking after
Most business websites are built, launched, and then left alone. For a while that's fine. Then a plugin falls behind on security updates, a contact form quietly stops sending emails, the site gets slower every month, and the "latest offers" page is two years old. None of it is dramatic, but every one of those problems costs enquiries.
A care plan means someone is responsible for your website every month, so you don't have to remember to be.
What's included
- Security patches and updates. Framework, plugin and dependency updates, applied and checked so they don't break anything.
- Bug fixes. Things you notice, and things we notice first, fixed by engineers who know your site.
- Performance monitoring and optimisation. We keep an eye on page speed and fix what slows your pages down, because slow sites lose both visitors and Google rankings.
- Uptime monitoring and server management. We watch for downtime and look after your hosting.
- Content and image updates. Text changes, new images, small page edits, within your plan's limits.
Signs your website needs a care plan
- Nobody has updated the site's software, plugins or hosting in the last few months.
- You've had a contact form or booking widget stop working without anyone noticing.
- Pages take more than a few seconds to load on your phone.
- Your offers, prices, team or opening hours on the site are out of date.
- You don't know who to call if the site goes down, or where the login details are.
If two or more of these sound familiar, the site is costing you enquiries. A care plan fixes that for less than most businesses spend on one newspaper ad.
Pricing
Care plans start at ₹500/month, or ₹6,000/year as an annual maintenance contract (AMC). For comparison, website AMC in Delhi typically costs anywhere from ₹5,000 to ₹50,000 a year, depending on the site. Larger sites, e-commerce stores and web apps get a fixed quote based on what they actually need. There are no hourly bills and no surprise invoices.
Sites we didn't build
You don't need to have built your site with us. We start with a short look at your current site and hosting, tell you honestly what state it's in, and then agree a fixed monthly or annual price. If the site needs more than maintenance, we'll say so, and you decide what to do.
How often should a website be updated?
As a rule of thumb, update content monthly or quarterly, refresh the design every 2 to 3 years, and plan a full redesign every 4 to 5 years, or sooner if your technology or branding changes. A care plan covers the first. When it's time for the others, we can help with those too.
A local team
We're based at 104, Westend Marg, near Saket Metro Gate 2 in New Delhi. When you need something changed, you message people you can actually meet, not a ticket queue at an offshore vendor. We reply within 4 working hours.
Frequently asked questions
What does website maintenance cost?
Our care plans start at ₹500/month (₹6,000/year as an AMC). Larger sites, e-commerce and web apps are quoted at a fixed price based on what they need.
Do you maintain websites built by someone else?
Yes. We review the current site and hosting first, tell you what condition it's in, and then agree a fixed price.
What counts as a content update?
Text changes, new or replaced images, and small edits to existing pages. Bigger changes, like new sections, new pages or redesigns, are quoted separately.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans can be stopped whenever you like. Annual AMCs run for the year you've paid for.
